Does my talent or client have to install anything?
No. You send a link; they open it in their browser and they’re in. No plugin, no account, nothing to configure on their side.
What quality do I actually end up with?
The file their microphone heard, not the call. CleanSync records a 48 kHz / 24-bit WAV on the talent’s own machine and swaps it in on its own. Every edit you made on the streamed take stays exactly where you put it.
I live in Pro Tools. Do I have to leave it?
No. Export the mix and the stems with timecode and drop them straight into your session. For most voice, advertising and radio work you won’t need to. The editing, mixing and delivery are all here. And on the Studio plans, the SessionPlug Bridge for Mac (coming soon) puts your DAW’s playback straight into the session.
Can my client listen in and watch?
Yes. They join from a link, hear the session live, read the script with you and chat. When you work to picture, they see the same frame in sync, played from their own computer. The talkback is yours.
Does it work to picture?
Yes. Load one video, or every cut-down at once on the Picture Track. Timecode and feet+frames, edits that land on the frame, and everyone in the session sees the same picture.
What do I need on my side?
A computer running Chrome or Edge on Mac or Windows, headphones, and your usual mic or interface. That’s the whole setup.
How does the free trial work?
